An informative seminar for independent authors will take place at Blue Valley Golf Estate Club House in Midrand on the 2nd of September 2017, presented by Kwarts Publishers and New Chapter Bookstore. Kwarts Publishers is currently busy working on an interesting new publication of great historical value called ‘Chronicles of a Dock Rat’. This book is written by Hans Kilian who worked for 20 years as a skipper in the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town and tells of the experiences he had on the sea and the people he met.
